l Lead all the technicians and managers.
l Oversee all the development projects
l Propose and design novel delivery systems for oral routes of administration.
l Establish collaborative working relationships with other development groups
l Thorough knowledge of GLPs and GMPs Guidelines
Degree Required
PH.D in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field.

Previous direct management experience of leading R&D groups is a must
Position Title: Formulation and Process Scientist
Description of Position
l Design and conduct pre-formulation studies
l Be responsible for the formulation design and development of oral and parenteral dosage forms.
l Transfer formulation process and analytical methods from bench top to production of small scale cGMP batches for human clinical studies.
l Optimize formulations for continue clinical trials needs
M.S or PH.D in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field.
